Justin Bieber Suspends World Tour ... Over Physical, Mental Health Issues ​

Justin Bieber is pulling the plug on his world tour ... saying he has to make his health a priority.

Bieber's tour -- Justice World Tour -- has been rolling along since March, but there are still 70 shows left that will run until March 2023, and those are the shows that have now been suspended.

Bieber seems to be saying part of the reason for canceling is physical, and part is mental.

He said, after recently performing in Brazil, "After getting off the stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realize that I need to make my health the priority right now."

He went on ... "So I'm going to take a break from touring for the time being. I'm going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better."

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ, a significant reason for the cancellation is mental health ... Justin's been struggling in the last few years and it has taken its toll. Another reason is his recent health scare which partially paralyzed his face.

The source adds there is a chance Justin will resume the tour if he gets better, but for now, the plug has been pulled.

it's BEEN known that justin has addiction issues and a potential personality disorder along with depression and whatever else. this man was tweaking on tv ffs!

this isn't the virus. he's just one of those people that likely ruined his life with his addiction and mental health issues to the point where he can't be stressed out for long periods of time or else his health declines. touring isn't easy and scooter overworks him. like if my client was a "rehabilitated" meth user i would still be very careful about what situations i put him in.

Rumors? It was clear as day. A lot of celebrities get into drugs because they have access and don’t have to worry about losing their jobs if they fail a urine test. Justin has been unwell for a long time.

I dunno, he had to cancel his tour in February because he had Covid, now he's having health issues like plenty of other people who've had Covid.

I don't know why people are acting like it's impossible for it to be Covid related.

I don't know why anyone is shocked. Didn't he cancel his last tour?

Interesting that both he and Shawn Mended cancelled tours for "mental health reasons" recently.

Like, he canceled tour dates due to his mental health back in 2017. Were those pre-Covid symptoms?

If your mental health isn't where it needs to be, touring seems like miserable experience. A new city, a new hotel room every (other) night. Long periods away from family and friends. The stress of having to put on a show. The rush of performing in front of thousands of people, followed by what must be a major come-down, once you're off stage...

The more I think about it, the less appealing it becomes.

Exactly I'm sure it's a great feeling to have the crowd singing your songs but I'm also sure it gets old fast. Especially when you have been doing it for years & some days you just don't feel like performing but you still have to come out & make your fans happy & fulfill your obligations. This would not be the life for me bc they would be looking for me going crazy & I would be at home ignoring all calls but making sure I told someone I was ok & alive.

He shouldn’t be touring anyway, he’s in no condition. Touring takes healthy people out so if you’re health is compromised it’ll be 10x worst.

He was struggling through the Purpose tour and that was at his peak. For him to agree to tour again he must have obligations to fulfill.

I agree, I am not a Scooter fan at all nor Bieber but Scooter is evil! Question, what happens to the tickets do people get refunded and does he still get paid with an insurance rider because it’s health related? What is Bieber’s diagnosis, I have heard Hailey is a co*ke addict big time, my impression on Bieber is he will take anything to numb his life! Not sure why he keeps on with the tours, just do intimate venues if he wants to perform and retire already, how much money does one need, go to Idaho and have some kids quit this ridiculous LA crazy! Hailey would def miss her yoga parking in handicap pap walks with Kendal, this generation makes me ill, all that money and not a cool kid in the bunch!
