I love Beer Bread! and Beer and Cheddar just pairs wonderfully, so it's just natural to stuff a cup of sharp cheddar into Beer Bread and you have something amazing!
The beer gives the bread a yeasty flavor, loaded with delicious smells.
This is one of the easiest loafs of bread you could ever make. Simply mix and bake, no rising, proofing or those other complicated sounding baking terms.
Serves deliciously with any soup or stew, makes a great ham and cheese sandwich. Me, I love to serve up with a specialty cheese like yesterdays Honey Rosemary Spreadable Goat Cheese!
