Lmao, as much as @ATT's customer NO-SERVICE sucks, they're THE cheapest AND fastest residential internet. DON'T go w/ @EarthLink & pay an extra $25-$30. Granted, the screenshot is an introductory price but even after 12 months, I'm only paying $70 a month for 1000 mbps.

I like that @EarthLink offer Internet service here but it's a shame they have to use AT&T for the last mile. Haven't been able to get a promised speed upgrade. Only other wired option is Comcast Xfinity and they've used up all their chances.

@EarthLink service has been awful today. When I hit the "reply" function, it takes an impossibly long time for the page to reload so that I can start typing my response. It's wrecking my productivity. This had happened on phone, and two different web browsers.

Found a copy of a chat I had with @EarthLink (my dad's internet provider) trying to cancel his account. The guy kept trying to sell me on keeping his account even after I said he only had a few weeks to live. Gotta love salespeople.

@ukscone @EarthLink Used them years ago for dial-up. Was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered service where I live. I could be wrong but I think AT&T (Illinois Bell) have to let them ride the local loop because it used to have a monopoly.

@EarthLink Once again, email down, webmail service unresponsive, just more of the usual earthlink failure. Been a customer since 1995 and your repeated failures are costing me business.
