Anni is a master of bread baking and culinary arts, placing great importance on the quality and freshness of ingredients. She sources most of her products directly from local farmers and producers, which not only enhances the taste, but also promotes sustainability.
When guests find a fresh loaf of Anni's homemade bread in the morning, they know they are in for something special. Whether spread with a generous portion of homemade jam or as an accompaniment to savory spreads and cheese, the homemade bread at the Adler Inn is a real treat that gets the day off to the perfect start.
