12 temporary outages and counting just today @comcast @Xfinity, and still not one tech can figure out what’s wrong. They’ve narrowed it to a “plant problem” after the contractors came through and “upgraded” our lines. Can’t wait for AT&T Fiber to finish installing

@VerizonSupport It's been rebooted dozens of times & doesn't help. Connections are fine, cable box is original & needs an upgrade but I don't want to pay extra. At this point I think I'm better off switching to Comcast.
