SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — It’s May and that means (in theory) that spring is in full bloom and that Mother’s Day (at least in the U.S.) is just around the corner. But first, let’s pause and give a moment of attention to May 4, the informal annual holiday where Star Wars stuff happens.
There will be numerous announcements made on Thursday, as well as the Disney+ debuts of the second round of "Star Wars: Visions" and a new animated series for pre-school-aged audiences called "Star Wars: Young Jedi Adventures." I will try to keep on top of the announcements (potential flooding here in Salt Lake City might keep me busy elsewhere), but also wanted to get out ahead of the celebration to highlight some of the newly announced collectables, some familiar classics, and wrap it up with a list of sales and exclusives that will be available on May 4, 2023. There are some amazing offers out there. Let's kick things off with the highly anticipated video game "Star Wars: Jedi Survivor," the sequel to the excellent "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order."
