Like many other RPG experiences inspired by anime and manga, Clover Kingdom: Grimshot brings many elements from its muse, Black Clover, to the forefront of its game mechanics and storytelling. One of these elements is the implementation of Race, and letting players decide which Race they want to adopt and use throughout their adventure within Clover Kingdom.

Race list
- Human
- This is the initial Race that you encounter upon joining Clover Kingdom: Grimshot for the first time as it's the default Race given to new players. This Race is standard in every way when compared to the others on this list—it offers no specific beneficial buffs or advantages.
- Dwarf
- Transforming to this Race offers players a hefty damage buff for all secondary magic attacks—a 25% increase. To become this Race, you'll need to find the Dwarf NPC in the Rock Spirit's Cave and speak with them. Upon doing so, the Dwarf will tell you that for an exchange of 75 million coins and one Rock Spirit Fragment, they will turn you into a member of the Dwarf Race.

- Elf
- The Elf Race gives users an additional 25% damage increase on all primary magic attacks. To become this Race, head to the Noble Realm and enter the Wind Spirit Forest—here you'll find the Elf NPC. In order to become the Elf Race you'll need one Wind Spirit Fragment and 175 million coins. You'll also need to be a member of the Dwarf Race.
- Demon
- The Demon Race is commonly seen as the strongest Race in Clover Kingdom: Grimshot as it offers a massive buff of 50% more damage on all attacks. To become a member of the Demon Race, you'll need to ensure that you're already a member of the Elf Race, head towards the Noble Realm, and find Liebe's Demon Domain. Inside of this domain, look for the Demon Butler NPC and speak to him—he'll offer you an opportunity to transform into the Demon Race in exchange for two Black Magic Boxes and one billion coins.
